We recognize the vital importance of whistleblowers in identifying and correcting improper practices, which is why we have implemented a robust system of protection and support for all those who, in good faith, report infractions or irregularities.
In compliance with Law no. 93/2021, of December 20, which establishes the general regime for the protection of whistleblowers, and with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we provide multiple secure and confidential channels for reporting infractions.

Guarantees and Protections
Absolute Confidentiality
The identity of the whistleblower and all the information that allows them to be identified are treated with absolute confidentiality. Access to this data is restricted exclusively to the people responsible for handling the complaints, all of whom are bound by strict obligations of professional secrecy.
Protection Against Retaliation
Any form of retaliation against whistleblowers acting in good faith is expressly forbidden. This protection extends to:
- Protection against dismissal, suspension or alteration of working conditions
- Guarantee of non-discrimination in access to training or promotions
- Protection against negative performance evaluations motivated by whistleblowing
- Extension of protection to family members and people close to the whistleblower
- Protection of legal persons controlled by the whistleblower
Transparent Treatment Process
We guarantee a structured and transparent process, with defined deadlines and regular communication on the status of the complaint. The whistleblower is informed of the measures taken within a maximum of 3 months of receiving the complaint.
Important
Reports must be made in good faith and based on information that the reporter believes to be true. Reports that are false, malicious or intended solely to harm third parties are not tolerated and may constitute a disciplinary, civil or criminal offense.
Personal Data Processing
The processing of personal data within the scope of whistleblowing procedures is carried out in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection legislation.
Legal basis: The legal basis for the processing of personal data is compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR) arising from Law 93/2021.
Retention: Data is retained for a minimum period of 5 years, as provided for by law, and during the pendency of any related judicial or administrative proceedings.
Data subjects’ rights: Data subjects can exercise their rights under the GDPR by contacting the Data Protection Officer through the channels provided on this platform.
